Hi!
In past few days on the net there was a major speculations on supposedly
'Nostradamus prophecy' on terrorism acts in USA. The widely cited verses sound
like this:
'In the City of God there will be a great thunder, Two brothers torn apart by
Chaos, while the fortress endures, the great leader will succumb'
Of course, it's a complete nonsense.
The source of this confusion was the page of Mr. N. Marshal--the critic of
Nostradamus:
http://www.ed.brocku.ca/~nmarshal/nostradamus.htm
This article was published for a long time there, but whole Marshal's page
has been removed from this server soon after September 11, 2001. Today at
Astrologer.ru I published a copy of that article from the cache of my browser,
thanks God, it was saved there:
http://Astrologer.ru/reprint/nostradamus.html
As you can see, author clearly wrote: 'If I make say a thousand prophecies
that are fairly abstract for example: In the City of God...'
The verses were wrote by N. Marshal, but not Nostradamus. So, all this buzz
about the 'Nostradamus prophecy' is a great mistake, taking place because of
some stupid idiot, that don't speak English good enough to understand from the
text, that these verses do not belong to Nostradamus.
Best regards,
